Glass House Conversations

Glasshouseconversations.org builds on the legacy of Philip Johnson and David Whitney, who brought people from diverse backgrounds together to shape the cultural dialogue of the 20th Century. This dialogue was extended through the 2008-2009 Glass House Conversations series held at The Philip Johnson Glass House, and now through online conversations at Glasshouseconversations.org. Each week The Glass House selects a host from across the creative disciplines of architecture, art, design, landscape architecture and preservation. Hosts put forth a provocation in the form of a question or a debate topic, and responders worldwide have five days or less to join the online conversation. A new conversation runs every week at Glasshouseconversations.org. For more info on the history of Philip Johnson and David Whitney please visit Philipjohnsonglasshouse.org.
